Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out conduct that is prohibited when using Sure Boost. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination, cancellation of pending orders without refund (where permitted by law), and reporting to authorities.

1. General prohibited conduct

You must not use the Services to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate any illegal activity;
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person;
  • Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Services or any system or account;
  • Defraud, deceive, or mislead us, other users, payment providers, or third parties;
  • Launder money, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions or taxes;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly authorised;
  • Scrape, harvest, or use bots against the Services except via features we provide.

2. Prohibited content & targets

You must not submit, promote, or direct Services toward content or targets that involve:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any sexualisation of minors;
  • Terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement to violence;
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, doxxing, or threats;
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid/Ponzi schemes, or counterfeit goods;
  • Sale of illegal drugs, weapons, stolen data, or other unlawful goods/services;
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery or content that violates another person's privacy;
  • Defamatory, deceptive, or knowingly false content;
  • Manipulation of elections, public health information, or financial markets.

3. Social-platform compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any SMM Service complies with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of the relevant social media platform. You must only order engagement for accounts, posts, or links that you own or are authorised to promote. You must not use the Services to harass, attack, or artificially manipulate accounts you do not control. Sure Boost is not responsible for any throttling, content removal, suspension, or ban imposed by a third-party platform as a result of your use.

4. Marketplace conduct

  • Do not list, buy, or sell stolen, hacked, compromised, or illegally obtained accounts or assets;
  • Do not misrepresent the metrics, history, ownership, or condition of any asset;
  • Do not transact in assets that contain or facilitate illegal content;
  • Sellers must have the lawful right to transfer what they list and must cooperate with verification.

5. Payments & abuse

  • No fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments;
  • No abusive chargebacks (see Refund & Dispute Policy);
  • No creation of multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or promotions abuse.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, cancel orders, suspend or terminate accounts, freeze balances, and cooperate with law enforcement. We may take any of these actions with or without notice. Reporting a violation does not obligate us to act in any particular way.
